About our Speaker...

Dennis O. Driver, employed by Johnson & Johnson for the past 5 years, was recently appointed Vice President of Human Resources for Biosense Webster, a J&J company based in Diamond Bar , California . Previously, Mr. Driver was head of Human Resources for Scios, a J&J company based in Fremont , California and Cordis, also, a Johnson & Johnson company, located in Miami Lakes , Florida .

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Driver held senior level human resources leadership positions with Peoplesoft, Silicon Graphics Inc. and Acuson. He has worked in both domestic and international operations, including a five year assignment in Europe where he was responsible for subsidiaries in the United Kingdom , Germany , France , Italy , Spain , Russia and the Scandinavian countries.

Dennis Driver holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa , AL , where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House, Stanford and for Healing Journeys, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education and support to those whose lives have been touched by cancer. As well, he is a Silver Life Member of the NAACP, an author and public speaker on the fight against prostate cancer, and a hospice volunteer with Sutter VNA.

Mr. Driver was recently honored with a Presidential Citation from the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education, as a Distinguished Alumni of an HBCU.
