Through Cynthia's vision, the Black Recruiters Network was founded in November 2000, with the primary purpose of providing mentoring and development opportunities to Afrcan American Staffing and Human Resource Proessionals in Silicon Valley.

The Black Recruiters Network Association is now a National Non-Profit Organization that provides critical development opportunities for all African American Professionals.

Cynthia was an incredible individual, visionary and friend. Through her inspiration, our board’s commitment, and your support, BRN will continue to thrive and grow.

Furthering Cynthia’s legacy, we will continue to provide excellent programs, conferences and networking opportunities.

We are deeply saddened by our collective loss, yet we stand encouraged and committed to continue the BRN mission.
